The end-of-the-month storm is the one that I am keying in on. I still think it's the pattern changer. I see the SOI values have come way up and the NAO is gradually heading toward 0 which again means we are about to get out of this cold and snowy pattern. But will it take a monster storm in the eastern part of the country to break the pattern... That's what I think...
